The Premier League side’s goal-getting signing, 27, ditched the flash motor and took the bus because "it’s easier and in London it’s often difficult to park". Taking the bus is the healthy way to travel?

Did you know that the simple act of making a journey by bus can help you to achieve half the Government’s recommended 30 minutes of exercise per day. A recent study, which investigated the health benefits of walking as part of the bus journey, revealed that bus users averaged a daily walking distance of nearly 1.3km when taking a return journey by bus (two trips). Some 2.5 times more than when taking the car. Learn more here
